In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and overseas of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in your room.

• Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you leave your room, such as when going out.

• When charging your electronic devices from a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the room’s power outlets, please avoid placing it near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as beds, sheets, or curtains.

• To prevent any potential accidents, we ask that you use and charge mobile batteries only in locations where you can personally monitor their condition.

Please note that if our housekeeping staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may stop the charging process or relocate the mobile battery for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
