At Kyo-kaiseki Higashiyama, the menu changes every month, allowing you to fully enjoy the four seasons of Kyoto.

In July, Kyoto's "hamo" (pike conger eel) and Saga's "ayu" (sweetfish) will grace your table along with cool dishes.
