Take a walk along the Kamogawa River onto a wide variety of sightseeing spots starting from the center of Shijo Kawaramachi, Kyoto's main commercial area, to the Yasaka Pagoda at Hokan-ji Temple, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Gion, and the Yasaka Shrine areas.

You can make your own incense sachet.
Incense arrived in Japan alongside Buddhism and was appreciated so much that the traditional incense ceremony Kodo was established during the Muromachi Era (14th century - 16th century). In this activity, you can select your preferred fragrance and create your delightful incense sachet to place in a chest of drawers, or anywhere you like.

Ceremonial mizuhiki paper strings are used to seal envelopes containing monetary gifts.
Gorgeous strings are tied in this traditional form of handicraft that has been handed down since ancient times.
